The Siblings Stay Close Sometimes

The memories, the photographs, even the conversations start getting blurry at the edges after awhile, but I'm thrilled to have all that I do with you - and we continue to collect more and more with each passing year. 

Speaking of which, happy birthday - we always take the best birthday photos, I can't wait to see what adventures we get into this time around.

Happy Happy Happy Birthday Lovely!

I don't know what it is about me and stripes on the days that I am most likely to be photographed, I don't understand how you always look like you've walked out from the pages of a magazine, and I will almost certainly never figure out how the hell we survived the class we met in. I promsie if you ever catch me reading bible verses to a class of middle schoolers or putting sharpie on as eyeliner you have every right to call me whatever it takes to snap me out of it. And should I ever see you telling someone they aren't allowed to write in crayon or wear their favorite color "because it adds 15 pounds" I'll take you dancing and offer you a pen cause clearly something's bothering you. But until then, thanks for the memories so far and I hope the next year of your adventure brings you so much more wonder, inspiration, and just enough confusion to push you into a better version of yourself. Just like she used to.
